Charles Nellis, 61, of Hilliards, passed away Monday, Dec. 8, 2025.

He was born in Hilliards on June 2, 1964, to the late Richard Sr. and Jean (Anderson) Nellis.

Charles attended Moniteau High School and worked in construction as a roofer. He was known for being a good brother, kind, caring, loving and hardworking. Charles was a member of the National Rifle Association and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his brother, Rich (Donna) Nellis Jr.; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Along with his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his brother, John Nellis.
