Police reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Dec. 1 — James Isma Goldinger, 44, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following an Oct. 17 traffic stop. Police said Goldinger had a used crack pipe.
Dec. 1 — Erin Crystal Torres, 37, was charged with felony firearm possession with an altered serial number following an Oct. 23 incident. Police said Torres had a firearm with a serial number that appeared to be scratched off.
Dec. 1 — Lisa Ann Righi, 62, of Saxonburg, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Nov. 7 crash. Police said Righi had a blood alcohol content of 0.198%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Dec. 1 — Rodney O. Buie, 42, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Nov. 29 traffic stop. Police said Buie had a blood alcohol content of 0.234%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Nov. 26 — Cullen Antonio Pounds, 26, of New Brighton, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of marijuana possession, drug paraphernalia possession and false identification to law enforcement following a Dec. 3 traffic stop in Cranberry Township. Police said Pounds used a different first name and had a small amount of marijuana and related paraphernalia.
Nov. 30 — Police investigated a theft on Barron Road in Worth Township. Police said someone stole $170 worth of sheet metal and gutters.
Dec. 1 — Chad Lavern Carter, 39, of Crescent, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of reckless endangerment and simple assault following a Nov. 28 incident in Connoquenessing Township. Police said Carter hit a woman, threw a soda at her and left her on the side of the road.
Dec. 1 — William Robert Dingel III, 31, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a Nov. 27 traffic stop in Butler Township. Police said Dingel showed signs of impairment.
Dec. 1 — Terrance Lantz Jr., 54, of Chicora, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a Nov. 27 traffic stop in Center Township. Police said Lantz had a blood alcohol content of 0.118%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Dec. 1 — Justin M. Sanderson, 36, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a Nov. 25 crash in Clay Township. Police said Sanderson had a digital scale, a stem glass pipe with burned residue and a burned chore boy.
Dec. 3 — Police investigated the theft of a firearm on McCall Road in Franklin Township. The stolen firearm was a Smith & Wesson M&P15 assault rifle valued at $673.08.
