Police reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Nov. 25 — James Joseph Gautreau, 52, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following an Oct. 5 crash. Police said Gautreau showed signs of impairment.
Nov. 25 — Amanda Dawn Zedreck, 33, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft following incidents in September, October and November. Police said Zedreck stole $505.81 in merchandise from Target over seven instances.
Nov. 18 — Brett B. Hartshorn, 43, of Sarver, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft following a Nov. 13 incident. Police said Hartshorn stole $266.93 in merchandise from Giant Eagle.
Nov. 17 — Marcella E. Powell, 32, of Philadelphia, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a Nov. 16 incident. Police said Powell punched a man in the mouth.
Nov. 18 — Beverly Michelle Bongiorno, 55, of Seven Fields, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following an Oct. 24 traffic stop in Seven Fields. Police said Bongiorno had a BAC of 0.176%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Nov. 21 — Maxwell James Bowers, 34, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of DUI, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct following a Nov. 20 incident in Center Township. Police said Bowers was uncooperative, showed signs of impairment and pulled away from officers.
Nov. 24 — Jeremy James Booher, 46, of Chicora, was charged with felony strangulation following a Nov. 21 incident in Washington Township. Police said Booher grabbed a woman by the neck and choked her.
Nov. 24 — Brandi M. Smith, 41, of Hilliards, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a Nov. 21 incident in Washington Township. Police said Smith punched a man in the face.
Nov. 24 — Samantha Brianne Bish, 33, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a Nov. 21 incident in Clay Township. Police said Bish struck a person in the head and arms leaving scratches and bleeding wounds.
Nov. 25 — Steven Richard Sinka, 23, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Nov. 23 crash in Penn Township. Police said Sinka had a BAC of 0.105%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Nov. 25 — Charles L. Roenigk, 70, of North Washington, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Nov. 14 traffic stop in Fairview Township. Police said Roenigk had a BAC of 0.194%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Nov. 26 — Johnnie Mae Nagowski, 31, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of DUI, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct following a Nov. 26 traffic stop in Butler Township. Police said Nagowski was uncooperative, showed signs of impairment and pulled away from officers.
Nov. 26 — Bryant Keas Stallard, 20, of Meadville, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a Nov. 1 traffic stop in Slippery Rock. Police said Stallard had a BAC of 0.097%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
