Police reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

Nov. 20 — David Nicholas Reefer, 59, of Mars, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Nov. 3 crash. Police said Reefer had a blood alcohol content of 0.154%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Nov. 20 — Julie Lynn Wichterman, 49, of Gibsonia, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Nov. 7 traffic stop. Police said Wichterman had a blood alcohol content of 0.115%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Nov. 20 — Zachary Liscsak, 23, of Pittsburgh, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of theft, controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following an Oct. 2 incident. Police said Liscsak stole $100, five used syringes, two empty stamp bags that contained suspected heroin and a plastic bag of suspected methamphetamine.

Butler

Nov. 18 — Lillian Lee Anthony, 23, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct following a Nov. 3 incident. Police said Anthony spit on an administrative supervisor at a psychological practice.

Nov. 18 — Jada Lynn Winkleman, of Lyndora, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a Nov. 13 incident. Police said Winkleman sprayed a woman in the face with mace.

Nov. 18 — Sarah Marie Zaludek, 25, of Renfrew, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a Nov. 7 traffic stop. Police said Zaludek had a blood alcohol content of 0.189%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Nov. 18 — Gabriella Aleese Crawford, 26, of Butler, was charged with six DUI counts following a Sept. 22 crash. Police said Crawford tested positive for THC and alcohol.

Nov. 18 — Kristen Nicole Caldwell, 40, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a Nov. 18 incident. Police said Caldwell swung at a man.

Butler Twp

Nov. 18 — Raymond Albert Leon Jr., 60, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor driving while suspended following a Nov. 7 traffic stop. Police said Leon was driving with a suspended license.

Jackson Twp

Nov. 24 — Jacob Andrew Mueller, 52, of Acworth, Ga., was charged with misdemeanor theft following a Nov. 17 incident. Police said Mueller failed to pay for $859 in vehicle repairs.

State police, Butler

Nov. 19 — Walter Scott Kradel, 44, of Butler, was charged with felony retail theft following a Nov. 13 incident in Center Township. Police said Kradel stole $414.99 in merchandise from Boscov’s.

Nov. 19 — Nicholas Stockert, 33, of Chicora, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Nov. 3 incident in Oakland Township. Police said Stockert had a blood alcohol content of 0.247%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Nov. 20 — Jeffery E. Chrostowski, 48, of Prospect, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of resisting arrest and DUI following an Oct. 11 traffic stop in Prospect. Police said Chrostowski showed signs of impairment and attempted to pull away from officers.

Nov. 20 — Josiah James Lenzi, 39, of Sarver, was charged with misdemeanor theft following a Nov. 5 incident in Franklin Township. Police said Lenzi failed to pay $2,000 for work on a truck.

Nov. 20 — Malia Shae Kennedy, 24, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Oct. 24 traffic stop in Clay Township. Police said Kennedy had a blood alcohol content of 0.154%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Nov. 20 — Erin Nicole Double, 30, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 5 traffic stop in Center Township. Police said Double had a blood alcohol content of 0.103%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Nov. 20 — Alexan Galletta-Miranda, 34, of Pittsburgh, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Oct. 25 traffic stop in Jackson Township. Police said Galletta-Miranda had a blood alcohol content of 0.133%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Nov. 24 — Cassidy Lane Nixon, 38, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct following a Nov. 23 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Nixon refused police commands and showed signs of impairment.

Nov. 25 — Police investigated a single-vehicle crash at 11:43 a.m. on Route 8 in Clay Township. Police said Justin M. Sanderson, 35, of Butler, was driving a Chevrolet Trax when he traveled off the road and over an embankment. Sanderson was transported to AHN Grove City Hospital with suspected minor injuries.

Nov. 27 — Police investigated a single-vehicle crash at 2:52 p.m. on Interstate 79 at mile marker 94.7. Police said Ryan J. Weaver, 29, of Highspire, was driving a Dodge Avenger when he started to go into the median and lost control. Police said he overcorrected when reentering the road and struck the guard rail on the opposite side. The passenger, Olivia R. Hite, 27, of Scranton, was transported to AHN Grove City Hospital with suspected minor injuries.

Dec. 2 — Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash where a dark-colored sedan drove into a house on Chicora Road in Oakland Township. Police said the unidentified vehicle operator was traveling east when they failed to take a left curve, went off the road and struck a house. The vehicle then continued traveling east on Chicora Road. The vehicle would have a broken window. Anyone with information is requested to call the Butler barracks at 724-284-8100.
