Call indicates man was shot Friday at Butler address
A man was reportedly shot in the area of Whitmire Avenue in the City of Butler late Friday night, Nov. 28, according to Butler County Emergency Services Dispatch reports.
A medical helicopter took the man to a Pittsburgh hospital following the approximately 10:15 p.m. 911 call about a man with a gunshot wound to the shoulder, scanner traffic indicates.
Mayor Bob Dandoy said on Sunday, Nov. 30, that more information is expected to be made available Monday as the city’s Bureau of Police is coordinating with state police.
