Police reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

Nov. 7 — Kelsie Katheryn Urbanek, 26, of Tarentum, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI following an Oct. 11 traffic stop. Police said Urbanek had a blood alcohol content of 0.129%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Butler

Nov. 7 — Zhamare Lynnell Wyche, 21, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor controlled substance possession following a Nov. 4 incident. Police said Wyche had suspected crack cocaine.

Nov. 7 — Daniel Lee Gerard, 41, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a Nov. 4 incident. Police said Gerard had a burned glass smoking pipe.

Nov. 8 — Cole Michael Bergbigler, 27, of Butler, was charged with felony DUI following a Nov. 7 traffic stop. Police said Bergbigler showed signs of impairment.

Butler Twp

Nov. 6 — Curtis M. Holmgren, 62, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock following an Oct. 21 traffic stop. Police said Holmgren was driving a vehicle without an ignition interlock while required to use one.

Cranberry Twp

Nov. 5 — Audriana Marie Gisriel, 24, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft following an Oct. 17 incident. Police said Gisriel stole $416.81 in merchandise from Walmart.

Nov. 5 — Payton Georgia Celli, 19, of Gibsonia, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following an Oct. 12 traffic stop. Police said Celli tested positive for THC and had a THC vape pen.

Slippery Rock University

Nov. 6 — Nathaniel McKnight II, 18, of New Castle, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief following a Nov. 3 incident. Police said McKnight caused $3,370.15 in carpet damage.

Nov. 6 — Kyrell Michael Harris Jr., 18, of New Castle, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief following a Nov. 3 incident. Police said Harris caused $3,370.15 in carpet damage.

State police, Butler

Nov. 5 — Garett Charles White, 19, of Pittsburgh, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Jan. 11 traffic stop in Slippery Rock Township. Police said White showed signs of impairment.

Nov. 5 — Amanda Lee Parker, 45, of Ambridge, was charged with felony unauthorized vehicle use following a March 2, 2024, incident in Prospect. Police said Parker took a vehicle without permission.

Nov. 5 — Galene Marie Gould, 35, of Slippery Rock, was charged with felony transfer of firearm and misdemeanor falsification to authorities following a June 25, 2024, incident in Center Township. Police said Gould answered falsely on a firearm application.

Nov. 5 — Shana Lee Czzowitz, 30, of Portersville, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a Nov. 5 crash in Donegal Township. Police said Czzowitz showed signs of impairment.

Nov. 6 — Alvin David Myers, 60, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a May 30, 2024, traffic stop in Butler Township. Police said Myers had one empty stamp bag labeled for drugs.

Nov. 6 — Justin Randall Hilliard, 35, of Harrisville, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a Feb. 28 traffic stop in Butler Township. Police said Hilliard showed signs of impairment.

Nov. 6 — Holly M. Bailey, 42, of Butler, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a May 30, 2024, traffic stop in Butler Township. Police said Bailey tested positive for methamphetamine and amphetamine.
