Joseph C. Mohan, 64, of Butler, passed away peacefully in his home Sunday, Nov. 9, 2025, surrounded by loved ones.

He was born in Butler on Feb. 17, 1961, to the late Ralph and Beverly (Jackman) Mohan.

Joseph was a jack-of-all-trades. Early on, he worked in construction for years and retired from Lowe’s after 17 years. He loved his family immensely.

Joseph was the beloved husband of Judith “Judy” (Tomsey) Mohan, whom he married 40 years ago; father of Joshua and Jacob (Hannah) Mohan; and grandfather of Eli.

MOHAN — Family and friends of Joseph C. Mohan, who died Sunday, Nov. 9, 2025, will be received from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 17, at SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle, Butler.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 18, at St. Francis of Assisi Parish, St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church, 821 Herman Road, Butler.

Burial will be held privately.
