The Mars Area Public Library will host a presenter who will discuss the effects of herbs on cold and flu.
Heather Setzenfand, an herbalist and physical therapist, will talk about the medical benefits of natural resources like elderberry syrup, echinacea, clove and more. Prepare for cold and flu season with natural remedies in this informative workshop.
The free talk takes place at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 6, at the library, 107 Grand Avenue, Mars.
