The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Nov. 4 — Police investigated a two-vehicle crash with two injuries around 11 a.m. at the intersection of Unionville Road and North Road in Franklin Township. Police said John A. Glomb, 67, of Valencia, was driving a Porsche Cayenne, and when attempting to cross Unionville Road, the Porsche was struck by a Honda CR-V driven by John P. Sloboda III, 79, of Butler. Sloboda and his passenger, Brenda J. Slaboda, 78, of Butler, sustained injuries of unknown severity but were not transported.

Nov. 5 — Police investigated a two-vehicle crash with a possible injury around 4:45 p.m. on Kiester Road in Slippery Rock. Police said Ava R. Demichele, 19, of Dallas, driving a Toyota RAV4, was rear-ended by Andrea L. Oakes, 20, of Pinckney, Mich., driving a Nissan Rogue. Demichele’s passenger, Isabella R. Strickler, 18, of Pittsburgh, sustained a possible injury and was transported to AHN Grove City Hospital.
