Halloween decorations spread joy
I would like to take a moment to recognize my neighbor, located on the corner of North Drive and Shady Drive in Center Township, for creating one of the most innovative Halloween displays in our neighborhood this year. Her creativity, mindfulness and passion for bringing joy to others truly stood out.
Each night, families stopped by to admire the installation, take photos, and share in the Halloween spirit. It went from skeletons playing cornhole, to tug of war to a game of badminton, to most recently, a gathering of artists designing on their easels.
It is wonderful to see someone put so much effort into building community fun and bringing smiles to both children and adults. Displays like hers remind us that the magic of holidays is more than spending tons of money on large figures, lights and decorations — it is about sharing joy and connection with one another.
Thank you for making our neighborhood a brighter (and spookier!) place this Halloween season.
Bigger is not always better!
