Police reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Oct. 14 — Skyler Matthew Huskins, 29, of Rochester, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of reckless endangerment and simple assault following an Oct. 12 incident. Police said Huskins slammed a woman into a wall and attempted to shove her down a hill.
Oct. 14 — Kelsey Meyers, 29, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following an Oct. 8 incident. Police said Meyers had a glass smoking pipe with burned residue.
Oct. 14 — Charles W. Arblaster Jr., 25, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a Sept. 7 crash. Police said Arblaster had a blood alcohol content of 0.175%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Oct. 14 — Dustin Allen Doyle, 39, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor resisting arrest following an Oct. 14 incident. Police said Doyle resisted being put into handcuffs.
Oct. 8 — Taylor James Fraizer Hagerty, 35, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Oct. 2 crash. Police said Hagerty had a blood alcohol content of 0.298%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Oct. 8 — Maria Jean Taranto, 47, of Avalon, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft following an Oct. 1 incident. Police said Taranto attempted to steal $304.67 from Walmart.
Oct. 14 — Megan Clarice Casey, 46, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a July 13 traffic stop in Clay Township. Police said Casey had a crack rock and a crack pipe.
Oct. 14 — Kendra Marie McNaughton, 36, of Rimersburg, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following an Aug. 5 traffic stop in Petrolia. Police said McNaughton showed signs of impairment.
Oct. 14 — McKenzie Allan Hicks, 35, of Chicora, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 18 traffic stop in Donegal Township. Police said Hicks tested positive for methamphetamine and amphetamine.
Oct. 15 — Ian C. Heitzenrater, 23, of Prospect, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Sept. 14 crash in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Heitzenrater had a blood alcohol content of 0.159%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Oct. 15 — Joseph E. Orkwis, 44, of Cheswick, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Sept. 12 incident in Summit Township. Police said Orkwis showed signs of impairment.
Oct. 15 — Isaiah Jo Sohngen-Green, 21, of Parker, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a Sept. 13 crash in Bruin. Police said Sohngen-Green had a blood alcohol content of 0.118%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Oct. 15 — Chanta Rena Pflugh, 35, of Karns City, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a July 24 crash in Concord Township. Police said Pflugh showed signs of impairment.
Oct. 15 — Jonathan Michael Christie, 39, of Butler, was charged with felony false statement on a firearms application and misdemeanor statement under penalty following a Feb. 26 incident in Summit Township. Police said Christie answered falsely on a firearms application.
