Daryll Keith Dailey, 75, of Butler, formerly of Portersville, peacefully passed away Friday evening, Oct. 24, 2025, at his home while on hospice care.

Born Sept. 1,1950, in Butler; he was the son of the late William Daryll and Lois L. Pollock Dailey.

He was a lifelong member of The Presbyterian Church of Portersville, where he served as the former president of the board of trustees.

Daryll retired from Cable Hardwoods, where he drove logging trucks.

He was a lifetime member of The Portersville Muddy Creek Volunteer Fire Department, where he served as a former fire chief.

Along with his wife and daughter, he enjoyed his horses and was a past member and past president of the National Horse Lovers Association. He was also an avid walleye fisherman at Lake Erie.

He is survived by his loving wife, Diana Lynn (Oesterling) Dailey, whom he married Oct. 27, 2007; his daughter, Echo Dailey, of Butler; and his nephew, Jeffrey Wright, of New Castle.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, R. Sue Brain.

DAILEY — A memorial service for Daryll Keith Dailey, who died Friday, Oct. 24, 2025, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 30, at The Presbyterian Church of Portersville, 1297 Perry Highway, Portersville, with his church pastor, the Rev Dana Opp, officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until time of service.
