Businesses in Zelienople will open their doors for a trick or treat event on Thursday, Oct. 30, followed by the borough’s annual Halloween parade.

The merchant trick or treat takes place from 4 to 6 p.m. on Oct. 30 on Zelienople’s Main Street, giving children the chance to get tricks and treats from businesses on the street.

The Halloween parade follows at 6:30 p.m., in which children will show off their costumes in a march down Main Street.

Registration for the parade begins at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 30 behind NexTier Bank, 226 S. Main St., Zelienople.
