Police reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler

Oct. 14 — Zachary Ryan Gilbert, 32, of New Wilmington, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of simple assault and disorderly conduct following an Oct. 12 incident. Police said Gilbert struck a woman in the face.

Northern Regional Police

Oct. 4 — Dominick Michael Toth, 27, of Seven Fields, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of simple assault following an Oct. 3 incident. Police said Toth struck a woman in the eye and threatened her.

State police, Bureau of Patrol

Oct. 10 — Lauren Marie Mudrany, 24, of Cranberry Township, was charged with four misdemeanor DUI counts following a Sept. 5 traffic stop in Cranberry Township. Police said Mudrany showed signs of impairment and tested positive for THC.

State police, Butler

Oct. 10 — Kadin L. Campeau, 21, of McMurray, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a Sept. 9 crash in Cranberry Township. Police said Campeau showed signs of impairment, tested positive for marijuana and had an open alcoholic beverage container in the vehicle.

Oct. 10 — Quay Michael Barnhart, 31, of Evans City, was charged with five misdemeanor DUI counts following a Sept. 15 traffic stop in Connoquenessing Township. Police said Barnhart tested positive for THC and had a blood alcohol content of 0.187%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Oct. 14 — Dwight Clayton Boice, 58, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 28 traffic stop in Franklin Township. Police said Boice had a blood alcohol content of 0.142%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Oct. 14 — Joseph Andrew Coon, 21, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 30 crash in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Coon had a blood alcohol content of 0.187%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Oct. 14 — Colby Aaron Grossman, 30, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Sept. 26 traffic stop in Brady Township. Police said Grossman tested positive for cocaine and THC.

Oct. 14 — Joseph A. Rihel, 51, of Butler, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts and one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession, drug paraphernalia possession and marijuana possession following a Sept. 20 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Rihel tested positive for methamphetamine, amphetamine and THC, and had a $20 bill rolled into a straw.

Oct. 14 — Brianna Marie Piper, 24, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of drug paraphernalia possession and marijuana possession following an Aug. 27 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Piper had a marijuana vape pen.

Oct. 14 — Cavell Watkins, 63, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Sept. 8 traffic stop. Police said Watkins had a crack rock inside a rubber container.

Oct. 14 — Exzavier James Johnson, 20, of Sarver, was charged with felony aggravated assault and misdemeanor disorderly conduct following an Aug. 30 incident in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Johnson punched a man in the face resulting in a broken jaw.
