Heavy state police activity reported in Armstrong County

Images from an eyewitness and emergency dispatch reports indicated a heavy police presence Monday evening in the area of the intersection of Route 268 and Reesedale Road in Armstrong County.
A representative with Armstrong County emergency dispatch confirmed the incident followed a police chase, but referred further questions to state police.
State police had not provided any additional information Monday night.
