Road Work DME

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced Thursday a section of St. Wendelin Road in Summit Township will close beginning Monday, Oct. 20, to allow the Buffalo and Pittsburgh Railroad to perform railroad crossing work.

The closed section of road stretches between the intersections of Fallecker and Bonniebrook roads. The closure will begin at 7 a.m. Monday and run until 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 23.

Detours in both directions will use Carbon Center Road, Keck Road, Highland Drive, and Bonniebrook Road.
