Police reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Oct. 6 — Alicia Lanette Ramirez, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a Sept. 20 incident. Police said Ramirez had a glass smoking pipe with burnt residue.
Oct. 6 — Dalton James Anthony, 23, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct following a July 26 incident. Police said Anthony was uncooperative and causing problems.
Oct. 6 — Serena Nicole Alston, 45, of Butler, was charged with felony aggravated assault following an Oct. 5 incident. Police said Alston threw a glass cup at a woman.
Oct. 7 — Anna Marie Herman, 56, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a May 23 traffic stop. Police said Herman had a small metal tube containing small white rocks and a glass smoking device with burnt residue.
Oct. 7 — Devon James Baptiste, 38, of Butler, was charged with felony possession with intent to deliver controlled substances, and one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a May 23 traffic stop. Police said Baptiste had 3.5 grams of fentanyl, two white rocks wrapped in foil and a glass smoking device with burnt residue.
Oct. 7 — Steven Alan Charles Vlassich, 38, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a May 23 traffic stop. Police said Vlassich had three unused hypodermic needles.
Oct. 8 — Sanya Lynn Blinn, 48, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor accident involving damage following an Oct. 8 incident. Police said Blinn struck a vehicle and left the scene.
Oct. 8 — Timothy James Pletcher, 47, of Lyndora, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a Sept. 3 crash. Police said Pletcher showed signs of impairment and tested positive for cocaine.
Oct. 6 — Cheyenne Skye Ervin, 19, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following an Oct. 6 incident. Police said Ervin punched a man in the head multiple times.
Oct. 7 — Calvin Cole Delprete, 29, of Zelienople, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following an Oct. 6 incident. Police said Delprete struck a woman in the face with a closed fist, rendering her unconscious.
Oct. 7 — Gary Michael Stebbins, 67, of Renfrew, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of drug paraphernalia possession and marijuana possession following a Sept. 24 crash. Police said Stebbins had a small amount of marijuana, a blue glass pipe with residue and two lighters.
Oct. 3 — Owen D. Geibel, 23, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 12 crash in Washington Township. Police said Geibel had a blood alcohol content of 0.138%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Oct. 3 — James W. Noblit, 40, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a Sept. 24 traffic stop in Washington Township. Police said Noblit showed signs of impairment and refused a breath test.
Oct. 7 — Beau Tyler Bechtel, 35, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a Sept. 12 incident in Oakland Township. Police said Bechtel showed signs of impairment and refused a blood test.
Oct. 8 — John Dennis Stull, 46, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of terroristic threats and simple assault following an Oct. 7 incident in Clearfield Township. Police said Stull threatened to stab and break the legs of an 81-year-old man.
Oct. 8 — Priscilla Lynn Russell, 30, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and marijuana possession following an Aug. 30 traffic stop in Butler Township. Police said Russell had a sealed package of THC gummies.
Oct. 8 — Dane William Milich, 27, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following an Oct. 4 traffic stop in Center Township. Police said Milich showed signs of impairment.
Oct. 8 — Francis T. Cochran, 61, of Hilliards, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a June 17 crash in Washington Township. Police said Cochran showed signs of impairment and tested positive for alcohol.
Oct. 8 — Katrina D. Book, 44, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a July 9 traffic stop in Clay Township. Police said Book had a blood alcohol content of 0.102%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Oct. 8 — Raymond James Sanderson, 26, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of DUI and drug paraphernalia possession following a Sept. 15 crash in Clay Township. Police said Sanderson had glassine bags with suspected heroin residue and tested positive for a product of cocaine.
Oct. 8 — McKenzie Lauren Kirin, 39, of Cabot, was charged with felony DUI following a Sept. 22 traffic stop in Saxonburg. Police said Kirin showed signs of impairment.
Oct. 8 — Kenneth R. Newingham, 61, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor theft following an Aug. 16 incident in Butler. Police said Newingham took $736 and used $600 from a woman’s EBT card.
Oct. 8 — Bernard Alan Kildoo, 60, of Butler, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 29 traffic stop in Butler. Police said they saw Kildoo drinking from a Busch Light beer can while operating a vehicle, and Kildoo showed signs of impairment.
Oct. 12 — A harassment citation was filed against Mitchell Ferguson, 37, of West Sunbury, after a woman told police he punched her in the side of her head with a closed fist at a home on Rolling Valley Lane.
