Police reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler

Sept. 29 — Cheyenne Louise Rokosky, 24, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a Sept. 27 incident. Police said Rokosky had a burned glass smoking device and related paraphernalia.

Sept. 29 — Paul John Hilliard, 53, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a Sept. 25 incident. Police said Hilliard had a burned glass smoking pipe.

Sept. 30 — Joshua Scott Sunday, 42, of Butler, was charged with two summary traffic violations following a Sept. 19 crash. Police said Sunday hit a vehicle without noticing and left the scene.

Sept. 30 — Emma Sue Parker, 52, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor hindering apprehension following a Sept. 25 incident. Police said Parker changed her story about the whereabouts of a wanted man.

Butler Twp

Sept. 30 — Christopher Michael Codispot, 35, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Sept. 23 traffic stop. Police said Codispot had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.242%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Sept. 30 — Leah Alison Frey, 42, of Lyndora, was charged with four misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 21 traffic stop. Police said Frey tested positive for THC.

Cranberry Twp

Sept. 30 — Ty Richard Voit, 22, of Wexford, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a Sept. 3 traffic stop. Police said Voit tested positive for THC and had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.101%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Slippery Rock University

Sept. 30 — Carmine Edward Thomas, 18, of Sharon, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 30 traffic stop in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Thomas tested positive for THC and showed signs of impairment.

State police, Butler

Sept. 29 — Paul Hunter Kuczynski, 19, of Saxonburg, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Sept. 13 incident in Connoquenessing Township. Police said Kuczynski had a blood alcohol concentraton of 0.105%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Sept. 29 — Geneveve Louise Miller, 33, of Evans City, was charged with felony strangulation and misdemeanor simple assault following a Sept. 26 incident in Connoquenessing Township. Police said Miller struck a man in the face multiple times and grabbed his neck.

Sept. 30 — Ashley Marie Gutshall, 40, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 4 traffic stop in Jefferson Township. Police said Gutshall tested positive for cocaine.

Sept. 30 — Danielle Leigh Rearick, 42, of Mars, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a Sept. 26 incident in Jefferson Township. Police said Rearick lunged at and began striking a woman.

Sept. 30 — Steven Franklin Hudson, 37, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor controlled substance possession following an Aug. 1 incident in Penn Township. Police said Hudson had a small baggie of suspected methamphetamine.

Sept. 30 — Jonathan Michael Tacey, 28, of Parker, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following an Aug. 4 traffic stop in Jefferson Township. Police said Tacey had a glass smoking pipe and a chore boy.

Oct. 4 — Police investigated a single-vehicle crash around 7:30 a.m. on Whitestown Road in Connoquenessing Township. Police said a 17-year-old driver traveling east on Dick Road turned too sharply when approaching a small single-lane bridge at a sharp right curve. Police said the driver’s Nissan Altima struck the concrete bridge rail on its passenger side and traveled about 250 feet before stopping on the right shoulder with heavy disabling damage. No injuries were reported. Bowser Towing removed the vehicle.

Oct. 5 — Police released information on a DUI investigation conducted June 17. Police said they responded to a Railroad Street residence in Washington Township and arrested Francis Cochran, 60, of Hilliards, on suspicion of DUI. Police said Cochran was in a pickup truck in a private driveway and was repeatedly reversing into an unoccupied sedan for an unknown reason.
