The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Sept. 15 — Aileen Patrice Arnold, 39, of Freeport, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a July 21 crash. Police said Arnold had a blood alcohol content of 0.216%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Sept. 25 — Richard Martin Croll, 60, of Slippery Rock, was charged with felony retail theft and six misdemeanor counts of retail theft following incidents between July 7 and Sept. 19. Police said Croll stole $3,428.56 in merchandise from Walmart between those dates.

Sept. 27 — Kiera Luana Hardisty, 23, of Chicora, was charged with felony escape and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a Sept. 26 traffic stop. Police said Hardisty had a crack pipe with burned residue, a digital scale with white powder residue, burnt tin foil and chore boy, and escaped her handcuffs and attempted to open the police vehicle door by reaching outside the window.
