Police reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler

Sept. 19 — Amanda Ann Beck, 40, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a Sept. 16 incident. Police said Beck had one hypodermic needle, a silver spoon with residue, two orange syringe caps and Chore Boy.

Sept. 19 — Aaliyah Rihanna Roupp, 19, of Butler, was charged with felony strangulation and misdemeanor simple assault following a Sept. 19 incident. Police said Roupp strangled a man.

Sept. 19 — Jessie Jae Mrofchak, 22, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct following a Sept. 17 incident. Police said Mrofchak grabbed officers’ hands while being placed in handcuffs, was “verbally uncooperative” toward officers and continued to resist arrest.

Sept. 19 — Cheyenne Louise Rokosky, 24, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a Sept. 18 incident. Police said Rokosky had a glass smoking pipe.

Sept. 18 — Tshombe Pierre Miller, 21, of Youngstown, Ohio, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession, marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Sept. 18 traffic stop. Police said Miller had suspected crack cocaine, a small amount of marijuana and a small digital scale.
