The Butler Art Center & Gallery is having a fundraiser where creativity meets comfort food.

The gallery and Community Meals Ministry are putting on the first Souper Bowls fundraiser on Saturday, Oct. 18, where for $25, guests take home a handcrafted bowl and enjoy all-you-can-eat soup.

Soup is also available for $6 a pint or $10 a quart. Proceeds support the art center and Community Meals, making every bite — and every bowl — a gift back to the community, according to the art center.

The event takes place from 1 to 6 p.m. at the art center, 344 S. Main St. in Butler. For more information, visit butlerartcenterandgallery.org.
