Grove City man pleads guilty to child exploitation

Michael W. Boston, 40, of Grove City, pleaded guilty in federal court on Tuesday, Sept. 23, to one count of sexual exploitation of minors.
Boston took responsibility for transporting material depicting the sexual exploitation of minors across state lines in October 2022, April 2023 and July 2023, as well as to the possession of over 1,500 images and videos of child sexual abuse material.
Boston’s sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 20. Sentencing guidelines call for a sentence between 5 and 20 years in prison, a fine of up to $250,000, or both.
