Marjorie Parker, 87, of Valencia, passed away Thursday, Sept. 18, 2025.

The daughter of the late Corwin and Barbara (Bosilavac) Vaughn, she was born May 28, 1938.

Marjorie worked at Wagner’s Market in Bakerstown for 10 years and Burger King in Hampton for 30 years. She always paid close attention to the lottery, making sure to write down all the numbers. She was an avid Steelers fan, but being a mom and grandma (Gigi) was always most important to her.

She is survived by her two children, Edward III (Sandra) Evers and Patricia Turner; her brother, Daniel (Cheryl) Vaughn; four grandchildren, Amy (William) Sasse, C. Max (Samantha), J. Brian (Rachael) Turner and Erin (Zach) Johnston; and 10 great-grandchildren, Carter, Emma, Mia, Bridget, Cori, Matthew, Sadie, Lance, Abby and Caden.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Parker; and two children, Deborah and Ronald Evers; as well as her sister, Faith (Bob) Campbell.

PARKER — Family of Marjorie Parker, who died Thursday, Sept. 18, 2025, will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 22, at SCHELLHAAS FUNERAL HOME, 5864 Heckert Road, Bakerstown.

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 23, at the funeral home.

Burial will follow at Bakerstown Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
