Police reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Sept. 5 — John Wayne O’Donnell Jr., 44, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a Sept. 5 incident. Police said O’Donnell threw a woman on the ground, causing her to hit her head.
Sept. 7 — Timothy Paul Boso Sr., 45, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of obstruction and disorderly conduct following a Sept. 7 incident. Police said Boso had to be removed from a property and took a threatening stance toward police.
Sept. 8 — Daniel Paul Moorehead, 30, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor trespassing following an Aug. 20 incident. Police said Moorehead was in an area with posted no trespassing signs.
Sept. 5 — Azamjon Abdullaev, 18, of Carnegie, was charged with misdemeanor fraud following an Aug. 29 traffic stop. Police said Abdullaev was driving a vehicle with an altered inspection sticker.
Sept. 5 — Shawn Allen Johns, 53, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts and one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and marijuana possession following an Aug. 31 traffic stop. Police said Johns had a bag of marijuana, a vial of methamphetamine and showed signs of impairment.
Sept. 5 — Jalen A. Cline, 19, of Hillside, N.J., was charged with misdemeanor trespassing following an Aug. 21 incident in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Cline entered a room in Watson Hall after being told not to return.
Sept. 5 — Lawrence Richa Powers V, 19, of Greenville, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 31 traffic stop in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Powers had an open bottle of Jameson whiskey on the car floor and had a blood alchohol content of 0.169%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Sept. 5 — Justin Lee Kummer, 35, of West Sunbury, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a June 10 traffic stop in Franklin Township. Police said Kummer had suspected marijuana and a metal smoking pipe.
Sept. 5 — George Wilson Kummer, 61, of West Sunbury, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 10 traffic stop in Franklin Township. Police said Kummer showed signs of impairment and tested positive for THC.
Sept. 5 — Ryan Nathan Banner, 39, of Chicora, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts and one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a May 17 incident in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Banner took an unprescribed Vicodin pill; had two glass smoking pipes, eight blue stamp bags containing suspected heroin, two grams of suspected crack cocaine and a syringe; showed signs of impairment and tested positive for cocaine, methamphetamine, xylazine and fentanyl.
