Police reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Sept. 1 — Michelle Lynn Piper, 45, of Cardale, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of theft, conspiracy to commit theft, receiving stolen property and trespass following an Aug. 19 incident. Police said Piper stole outdoor cushions from a restricted area.
Sept. 1 — James Brian Sales, 45, of Cardale, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of conspiracy to commit theft, receiving stolen property, trespass and ungraded theft following an Aug. 19 incident. Police said Sales stole outdoor cushions from a restricted area.
Sept. 2 — Eyzik Thomas Sybert, 20, of Butler, was charged with one felony count each of trespass and conspiracy to trespass following a Sept. 1 incident. Police said Sybert was found in a vacant house.
Sept. 2 — Shianne Elizabeth Baker, 22, of Butler, was charged with one felony count each of trespass and conspiracy to trespass following a Sept. 1 incident. Police said Baker was found waiting for people outside a vacant house.
Sept. 2 — Elizabeth Ann Stevenson, 39, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following an Aug. 27 incident. Police said Stevenson had two empty blue stamp bags, four syringes and one glass pipe with burned residue.
Sept. 2 — Brandyn Lee Gutauskas, 32, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor false identification to law enforcement following an Aug. 30 incident. Police said Gutauskas falsely identified himself to police.
Aug. 27 — Tia Rae Durham, 28, of Karns City, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct following a July 17 incident in Concord Township. Police said Durham struck a woman in the face.
Aug. 28 — Brandy Lee Grant, 46, of Butler, was charged with felony false statement when purchasing a firearm and misdemeanor marijuana distribution following an Aug. 28 incident in Center Township. Police said Grant attempted to purchase a firearm while having an active warrant and had a THC vape.
