Butler shoppers will have one less location for cheap deals on merchandise. Mac.Bid will be closing its Butler location.

Mac.Bid is an auction app and discount store chain that buys and resells overstocked products from other stores.

In emails obtained by the Butler Eagle, Mac.Bid’s customer service confirmed its warehouse, located at 360 Greater Butler Mart, will be closing.

In the emails, Mac.Bid’s customer service said it would not provide an official reason for why it was closing its Butler location. It also said it did not have an official closing date.

However, a Butler Mac.Bid employee confirmed Sept. 12 would be the location’s last day open.

Mac.Bid also owns Yinz Binz, which opened in 2024, also located at Greater Butler Mart. Mac.Bid’s customer service said Yinz Binz will remain open.

Mac.Bid has other warehouse locations in Beaver Falls, Pittsburgh Mills, Monroeville and Robinson.
