Terry E. Milligan, 68, of Rochester, passed away Friday, Aug. 29, 2025.

Born Dec. 28, 1956, in Rochester, he was the son of the late Edgar T. “Ted” and Mildred M. (Hoelzle) Milligan.

He retired from Mascaro Construction Co. in 2019 as a union laborer for Local 1058, working in heavy highway construction and in the building trade. Terry was a member of Divine Grace Parish, St. Gregory Church in Zelienople.

He was an active person who enjoyed golfing, gardening, playing pickleball, walking and doing yard work. He also enjoyed biking and motorcycling. He loved to travel near and far, cruising with his siblings and their spouses, taking train rides to Montana and the national parks, and touring Italy with his sister-in-law and brother-in-law.

Terry had a wonderful sense of humor and always had a smile on his face. He was an excellent cook and loved making Sunday dinners. Above all, he cherished the time he spent with his family and friends. He will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife, Susan L. (Dorsch) Milligan, whom he married Sept. 15, 2012; his children, Marissa G. Milligan and Terrance J. “T.J.” Milligan; his granddaughter, Kaylie M. Milligan; his siblings, Timothy Milligan, Patricia (Jerry) Wright, Daniel (Elaine) Milligan and Thomas (Alison) Milligan; several loving nieces and nephews; and brothers-in-law and sisters-in- law.

In addition to his parents, Terry was preceded in death by his daughter, Marlynn M. Milligan, who passed away in 2005; and his sister-in-law, Mary Milligan.

MILLIGAN — Friends and family of Terry E. Milligan, who died Friday, Aug. 29, 2025, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 3, at BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 4, at Divine Grace Parish, St. Gregory Church, 2 W. Beaver St., Zelienople.

Terry will be laid to rest at English Lutheran Church Cemetery in Zelienople.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his honor to the Alzheimer’s Association or to Divine Grace Parish, St. Gregory Church.
