SV residents can learn about proposal Sept. 8
Thanks for keeping residents informed about Seneca Valley School District's proposed nine-figure renovation project. That's 100 million dollars! About $20 million is proposed to come from the district's capital reserve fund.
While rural school districts struggle to meet basic needs, this project involves construction of a classroom facility connecting the Intermediate High to the Senior High/district offices and a Performing Arts Center.
If you have concerns about these expenditures, plan to attend the public hearing at 5:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 8, at the Intermediate High School auditorium. There may be a sign-in sheet near the entrance for residents wishing to comment.
