Teens interested in a career in federal law enforcement are invited to take part in the 2025 FBI Pittsburgh Teen Academy, which is being offered in three locations this coming October. Classes will be held in Monroeville on Thursday, Oct. 16; in Charleston, W.Va., on Tuesday, Oct. 21, and in Martinsburg, W.Va., on Thursday, Oct. 23.

Students who are accepted into the program will be given a crash course in topics such as forensic science, sextortion and hoax threats, and have a chance to meet real-life special agents.

The program is open to high school juniors and seniors in Western Pennsylvania or West Virginia. All applicants must submit an application with an essay to be considered.
