The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Aug. 21 — Tiffany Kenlyn Konar, 22, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 14 crash. Police said Konar tested positive for alcohol and showed signs of impairment.

Aug. 21 — Elizabeth Gilbert, 65, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor bad checks following an Aug. 14 incident. Police said Gilbert attempted to deposit a bad check.

Aug. 21 — Sunyoung Park, 47, of Seven Fields, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft following an Aug. 4 incident in Cranberry Township. Police said Park attempted to steal $528.22 in merchandise from Giant Eagle.

Aug. 21 — Ashley Marie Gutshall, 40, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following an Aug. 5 incident in Summit Township. Police said Gutshall and another woman were found near a glass smoking pipe with burnt residue, and neither claimed ownership.
