Police reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler

Aug. 20 — Adam Daniel Dunkle, 44, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of theft and receiving stolen property following a July 12 incident. Police said Dunkle stole a bag of clothes worth about $120 from one vehicle, and a black pocketknife and loose change from another vehicle.

Aug. 20 — Paula J. Donaldson, 56, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor false reports following an Aug. 14 incident. Police said Donaldson falsely reported a vehicle was stolen.

Cranberry Twp

Aug. 19 — Jacquelyn M. Buriak, 38, of Pittsburgh, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft, receiving stolen property, conspiracy to receive stolen property and reckless endangerment following an Aug. 5 incident. Police said Buriak stole $400.68 in merchandise from Home Depot and quickly drove past three employees in the parking lot as she fled.

Aug. 19 — Nicholas Buriak, 40, of Pittsburgh, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to receive stolen property following an Aug. 5 incident. Police said Buriak stole $400.68 in merchandise from Home Depot.

State police, Butler

Aug. 20 — Nicholas A. Foster, 40, of Prospect, was charged with misdemeanor accidents involving damage following a June 27 crash in Franklin Township. Police said Foster crashed into a vehicle and failed to render aid or exchange information with the other driver.

Aug. 20 — Jeffrey A. Daniels, 66, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief following a May 26 incident in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Daniel keyed a vehicle causing $2,118.36 in damage.

Aug. 20 — Jayden Mitchell S. Myers, 20, of Chicora, was charged with felony trespass following a June 17 incident in Petrolia. Police said Myers broke into the Petrolia fire hall and attempted to steal a Blackstone grill.

Aug. 20 — Elizabeth France Monaco, 44, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 28 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Monaco had a blood alcohol content of 0.172%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Aug. 20 — Dangelo Dominic Palermo, 20, of Pittsburgh, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 27 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Palermo had a blood alcohol content of 0.154%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Aug. 20 — Ashley Marie Stewart, 35, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a May 7 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Stewart had 3.32 grams of fentanyl.

Aug. 20 — Stephanie Renee Steiger, 39, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following an Aug. 6 incident in Butler. Police said Steiger had a glass smoking tube.
