Jane (Zeigler) Harvey, 82, of Zelienople, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, Aug. 24, 2025, surrounded by her family.

Born March 9, 1943, in Zelienople, Jane was the daughter of the late Omar and Anna (Reader) Zeigler.

Jane was very devoted to her family and, for her, the most treasured times were her annual vacations to Myrtle Beach and Cedar Point. She valued every moment she was with her family and friends.

For over 25 years, Jane took pride in building a successful career as a Realtor. She was a lifelong member of English Lutheran Church, Zelienople. Jane will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her children, Christine Ziter (Philip) and Dean Harvey Jr. (Amanda); her grandchildren, Damon Ziter (Tara McFadden), Katelynn Ziter and Dean Harvey III; and her sister, Joan Nicklas.

In addition to her parents, Jane was preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years, Dean B. Harvey Sr.; and her brother, James Zeigler.

HARVEY — Friends and family of Jane (Zeigler) Harvey, who died Sunday, Aug. 24, 2025, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 28, at BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 29, at the funeral home, with Pastor Doug Myers officiating.

Jane will be laid to rest at the Zelienople Community Mausoleum.

Memorial contributions in Jane’s honor may be made to the Butler County Humane Society, 1015 Evans City Road, Renfrew, PA 16053.
