Pamela Hepp, general counsel for Independence Health System, has been named to City and State Pennsylvania’s 2025 Trailblazers in Healthcare list.

This annual recognition highlights health care leaders across the commonwealth who are helping to shape the future of health care.

Hepp serves on Independence Health System’s executive management team, where she provides legal counsel for the system’s five hospitals: Butler Memorial, Clarion, Frick, Latrobe and Westmoreland.
