Police reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Aug. 5 — Eric Dean Letcher Jr., 43, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a July 30 incident. Police said Letcher had a plastic bag of suspected crack cocaine.
Aug. 14 — George Dicicco II, 38, of Evans City, was charged with disorderly conduct following an Aug. 13 incident. Police said Dicicco was urinating in a parking lot.
Aug. 6 — Edward Benjamin Tabachka, 50, of Cranberry Township, was charged with felony strangulation and one misdemeanor count each of terroristic threats and simple assault following an Aug. 6 incident. Police said Tabachka strangled a woman, shoved her into a cabinet and threatened to kill everyone in the residence.
Aug. 5 — Richard Darrel Schroder, 32, of Saxonburg, was charged with misdemeanor corruption of minors following an April 14 incident in Middlesex Township. Police said Schroder bought a 12-pack of Twisted Tea, two THC cartridges and vapes for a minor.
Aug. 5 — Christopher Allen Rausch, 59, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a March 24 incident in Worth Township. Police said Rausch shoved a man and struck him with a clipboard, causing bleeding to his ear.
Aug. 5 — Donald Lawrence Mulholland, 40, of Youngstown, Ohio, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following an April 18 traffic stop in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Mulholland showed signs of impairment.
Aug. 10 — Police said David N. Cox II, 39, of Evans City, was pulling a John Deere 235 disc plow down Main Street in Connoquenessing at about noon when the retaining pin came disconnected. The disc plow then rolled into a Ford F-350 parked on the right shoulder of Main Street with its hazard lights on. The Ford was disabled and required a tow from Wallace Towing and Recovery. The plow sustained minor damage to its disc blades.
Aug. 6 — Nicole Lynn Martin, 45, of Allison Park, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a July 15 traffic stop in Penn Township. Police said Martin tested positive for fentanyl.
Aug. 12 — Police were called in response to Qwintin Erdley, 20, of Jackson Center, who had been missing since Aug. 3. Police said Erdley went missing from Worth Township, Mercer County, and is 5’8”, non-Hispanic and has green eyes. Anyone with information should contact PSP Mercer at 724-784-0044.
