Pearl Clowes
Pearl I. Clowes, 92, of Cabot, passed away Sunday, Aug. 10, 2025, at Butler Memorial Hospital.
Born Dec. 14, 1932, in Butler, she was the daughter of Karl “Kelly” Doerr and Grace I. Fennell Doerr.
Pearl was a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church in Cabot, where she had been an active volunteer. She worked many years alongside her husband in the insurance industry. Pearl enjoyed playing cards, jigsaw puzzles and was an excellent baker.
Surviving are three daughters, Linda (Doug) McCall of Cabot, Diane (Don) Lynn of Butler and Colleen (Tom) Mack of Renfrew; two sisters, Joanne Lang of Cabot and Patsy Treich of Butler; six grandchildren, Stacy (Mike) Vernier, Steven (Dana) McCall, Dr. Heather (Charlie Munoz) Lynn, Amanda (Warren) Mooney, John Mack and Lindsay Mack; and three great-grandchildren, Alex, Luke and Brooke.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles J. Clowes, on June 15, 2006; and one brother, James Doerr.
CLOWES — Friends of Pearl I. Clowes, who died Sunday, Aug. 10, 2025, will be received at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 13, at St. Luke Lutheran Church, 330 Hannahstown Road, Cabot. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. with the Revs. Brian Bocian and Barry Keurulainen officiating.
Interment will follow in St. Luke Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Luke Lutheran Church and School.
