A.J. Flick extended his Sprint Car points lead at Lernerville Speedway on Friday night with a second-place finish in the main event, beating third-place Carl Bowser.

With one more week of Fab4 racing coming up Friday, Flick now leads Bowser 247-231, extending his lead by four points. The duo, though, finished by Ryan Newton, who won Friday’s feature race. Derek Hauck and Danny Kuriger finished fourth and fifth, respectively.

In the Big Block Modified’s Rex King Jr. came away with the win and is in fifth in the points standings, but Garrett Krummert (third place Friday) remains on top with 220 points, pushing further ahead of Dave Murdick, who came in sixth in the final race and is 19 points behind Krummert.

Colton Flinner won the Late Model feature, beating Alex Ferree and Michael Norris. That closed the gap on Norris, who now leads Flinner by just six points with 164.

Jacob Dietz won the Pro Stocks main event over Cody Koteles, but he still trails Koteles’ 241 points by 14. Brett Hutira came in third and is six points behind Dietz.
