Divine Grace Parish’s annual Family Festival returns

The yearly Family Festival hosted by Divine Grace Parish will take place from 4 to 10 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 8, and from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 9 and 10. More than 20,000 attendees are expected.

The festival will be located at the Saint Ferdinand Church, 2535 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township. The church has been holding the festival for over 60 years.

A new addition to the festival will be rides and games, set up in partnership with Penn Premier Shows. Festival classics from previous years will be present as well, and will include bingo and skill games with prizes. The feastival will also feature food booths, live music and an area for kids with train rides, princess characters and a magician.

Attendees can participate in a $15,000 cash raffle by buying tickets and in a white-elephant sale of donated items.

Live entertainment for the weekend includes:

• Star-Styled Dance, from 5 to 6 p.m., and Twice Shy, from 7 to 10 p.m. on Aug. 8

• Bells School of Irish Dance, from 5 to 6 p.m., and This, That and The Other Thing, from 7 to 10 p.m. on Aug. 9;
