Police reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
July 28 — Richard Anthony Bridgeman, 60, of East Brady, was charged with felony retail theft following a July 25 incident. Police said Bridgeman stole $420.49 in merchandise from Walmart.
July 28 — Drew Paul Landefeld, 29, of Pittsburgh, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence of alcohol following a May 25 traffic stop. Police said Landefeld had a blood alcohol content of 0.111%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
July 28 — Alexander Marte Pettis, 33, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft following a July 10 incident. Police said Pettis stole $906.44 in merchandise from Walmart.
July 23 — Diane Ratay, 63, of Evans City, was charged with two felony counts of retail theft and misdemeanor theft following a July 23 incident. Police said Ratay altered the price on one piece of merchandise and did not scan five items.
July 24 — Victor Rob Harris-Berry, 36, of East Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and marijuana possession following a July 23 incident in Summit Township. Police said Harris-Berry had a small amount of methamphetamine and a THC smoking device.
July 25 — Mark S. Manna, 64, of Hillsboro, Ky., was charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence following a May 11 traffic stop in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Manna showed signs of impairment but refused testing.
July 28 — Ryan Anthony Neely, 40, of Chicora, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession, drug paraphernalia possession and marijuana possession following a July 26 incident in Concord Township. Police said Neely had methamphetamine, a small amount of marijuana, a blue plastic measuring spoon, a used syringe, Q-tips and burned aluminum foil.
