July 21 — Bo Brady Murray, 40, of Petrolia, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a July 21 traffic stop in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Murray had a clear container of methamphetamine and a glass smoking device.

July 22 — Quinton Eugene Scriven, 21, of Eau Claire, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession, drug paraphernalia possession and marijuana possession following a July 18 traffic stop in Center Township. Police said Scriven had a plastic bag of suspected THC, a plastic bag of suspected marijuana gummies and THC packaging.

July 22 — Christina Marie Ziacik, 37, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a July 22 incident in Summit Township. Police said Ziacik pointed a gun at someone.

July 22 — Dean Howard Dawson, 64, of Renfrew, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 1 incident. Police said Dawson had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.107%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

July 22 — Brian Edwin Leinenbach, 54, of Lyndora, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a June 26 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Leinenbach had a glass stem pipe.

July 22 — Timothy Sha Saunders Jr., 39, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a June 26 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Saunders had a glass stem pipe.

July 22 — Dana Dale Robinson, 54, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a June 26 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Robinson showed signs of impairment.

July 23 — Diane Ratay, 63, of Evans City, was charged with two felony counts of retail theft and misdemeanor theft following a July 23 incident. Police said Ratay altered the price on one piece of merchandise and did not scan five items.
