Diehl Auto opens new Volkswagen location
With the hopes of growing its presence in Butler County, Diehl Automotive opened its new Diehl Volkswagen location in June, and while some of its grand opening celebrations are in the rear view window, there is more to come.
Diehl Volkswagen, 245 Pittsburgh Road, hosted a grand opening celebration on Saturday with food vendors, music, prizes and more, marking the company’s second Diehl location in Butler, and ninth overall.
“This is more than just a new building — it’s a promise to continue delivering world-class service and a great car buying experience for every customer who walks through those doors,” said Corina Diehl, president and CEO of Diehl Automotive. “There has been growing demand for Volkswagen in Western Pennsylvania. We are excited to grow our presence in Butler and offer the community a new destination for these vehicles.”
The welcome celebrations are not over just yet, because starting at 6 p.m. Friday, the dealership will be hosting a car show where the public is encouraged to bring their vintage or exotic cars.
All makes and models are welcome to the event, which will feature a food truck, raffle baskets, other prizes and more. Those planning to show a car should RSVP to hmundell@diehlauto.com.
The new store will be managed by general manager Mike Jevcak and sales manager Corey Pytel. The dealership includes a modern showroom, electric vehicle charging stations, a lounge area, coffee bar and more.
“This new dealership reflects everything we believe in — innovation, comfort and community,” said Matthew Diehl, vice president of Diehl Automotive. “We’re proud to offer a world-class experience right here in Butler and can’t wait for customers to see it.”
