The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

July 15 — Jordan M. Truman, 38, of Mars, was charged with felony retail theft following a July 12 incident. Police said Truman stole more than $22 in merchandise from Giant Eagle.

July 14 — Scott R. Cousley, 44, of Natrona Heights, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI following a June 4 crash. Police said Cousley showed signs of impairment.

July 14 — Toby S. Plaisted, 45, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 16 incident. Police said Plaisted had a blood alcohol level of 0.188%. The legal limit as Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

July 16 — Paul E. Wunderlin, 65, of Freedom, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 31 crash. Police said Wunderlin had a blood alcohol level of 0.264%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

July 16 — Kay Y. Ten Brink, 54, of Zelienople, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft following a May 31 incident. Police said Ten Brink stole 36 items worth $254.96 from Walmart.

July 15 — Amanda R. Barnett, 20, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a May 29 traffic stop. Police said Barnett had marijuana and a glass smoking pipe.

July 15 — Jayden T. Dano, 20, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor controlled substance possession following a May 29 traffic stop. Police said Dano was in possession of marijuana.

July 14 — Terri J. Hosack, 62, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 23 traffic stop in Butler Township. Police said Hosack showed signs of impairment.

July 14 — Christopher J. Broughton, 25, of Thomasville, Ga., was charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession following a July 4 traffic stop in Franklin Township. Police said Broughton had two small containers with small amounts of marijuana.

July 14 — Regina Marie Mich Smith, 36, of Pittsburgh, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts and misdemeanor marijuana possession following a May 24 traffic stop in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Smith had a marijuana blunt and tested positive for THC.

July 14 — Marley L. Peterman, 18, of Valencia, was charged with misdemeanor fleeing or eluding following a July 6 crash in Franklin Township. Police said Peterman fled a traffic stop before crashing.

July 15 — Dylan M. Austin, 26, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 29 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Austin had a blood alcohol level of 0.116%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

July 15 — Sherry L. Rossman, 55, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 29 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Rossman had a blood alcohol level of 0.276%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
