Donald A. Wagner, 85, of Sarver, passed away Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at his home.

Born Feb. 24, 1940, in Middlesex Township, he was the son of Marvin Wagner and Marie Schmidt Wagner.

Don was a lifelong truck driver, having driven for 62 years and being self-employed for the last 52 years. He took pride in keeping his truck and garage immaculate. He was family-oriented and enjoyed spending time with his family and never missing his grandchildren's sporting events. He was a member of the John E. Mair Lodge No. 729 F&AM in Mars and also the Syria Shrine.

Surviving are his wife, Betty J. (Wylie) Wagner, whom he married Dec. 7, 1987; his children, Vance (Elaine) Wagner of Valencia, Kelly (John) Lucas of Sarver and Lee (Aryanna) Wagner of Murrysville; his stepdaughter, Vicki (Mike) Kunkle of Cabot; one sister, Marlene Govan of Butler; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Scott Wagner; his wife, Diane Wagner; two brothers, Richard Wagner and Kenneth Wagner; and one sister, Debbie Wagner.

WAGNER — There will be no visitation for Donald A. Wagner, who died Wednesday, July 16, 2025. A celebration of life is being planned.

Memorial donations may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
