Douglas M. Fedokovitz, 66, of Butler, passed away Saturday, July 12, 2025.

He was born in Butler on Nov. 19, 1958, to the late Paul and Anne (Prokop) Fedokovitz. Douglas graduated from Butler High School and was employed at the corporate offices for both Toys R Us and Dick’s Sporting Goods.

Douglas was a family man, and was known for being a good brother, son, uncle and friend. Douglas was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post 778.

He will be loved and missed by all who knew him.

He was the brother of Paula (Albert) Worsley, Roger (Nancy) Fedokovitz and Cindy (Jim) Walker. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents, Douglas was preceded in death by his sister, Carol Hume.

FEDOKOVITZ — All arrangements for Douglas M. Fedokovitz, who died Saturday, July 12, 2025, were made through SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler.

Burial will be held privately at Butler County Memorial Park.
