BC3 hosts workshops for grant guidance
Butler County Community College will be hosting half hour workshops to help walk students through the process of applying for financial aid on Wednesday, July 16.
The college’s financial aid staff will help current and prospective students in filing for federal and state grants during a session running from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. in room 169 of the student success center on BC3’s main campus at 107 College Drive.
Tuition and fees for BC3 students from Butler County pursuing 15 credits each semester in the 2025-2026 academic year cost $6,210 for in-person courses. Those students can receive up to $9,994 in federal and state grants.
For students from other Pennsylvania counties, tuition costs rise to $9,300 for in-person courses, and those students can receive up to $11,626 in federal and state grants.
