Police reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
July 7 — Jonathan M. Tacey, 28, of Parker, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a July 4 incident. Police said Tacey had two syringes and a red snorting tub.
July 7 — Peter N. Hamlin, 51, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a May 29 incident. Police said Hamlin had multiple burnt glass smoking pipes and hypodermic needles.
July 7 — Tanisha Johnson, 30, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor accident involving damage following a June 2 crash. Police said Johnson intentionally crashed into another vehicle.
July 7 — Erin S. Oluschak-Ray, 55, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor driving on a suspended license following an April 21 incident. Police said Oluschak-Ray was sitting in the driver’s seat of a vehicle while her license was suspended.
July 7 — Joshua D. Green, 47, of Evans City, was charged with three misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence of alcohol following a June 17 crash. Police said Green tested positive for marijuana.
July 7 — Mark D. Buczkowski, 57, of Evans City, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 7 crash. Police said Buczkowski had a blood alcohol content of 0.202%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
July 8 — Amy L. Moore, 49, of Butler, was charged with felony theft following a June 23 incident. Police said Moore stole a blue 2018 Kia sedan.
July 2 — Michelle L. Parks, 61, of Pittsburgh, was charged with felony retail theft following a June 3 incident. Police said Parks stole $130.54 in merchandise from a store and has at least 13 prior retail theft convictions.
June 30 — Marche L. Freeman, 37, of East Cleveland, Ohio, was charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession following an April 19 traffic stop in Prospect. Police said Freeman had a glass jar containing marijuana.
June 30 — Ryan R. Urben, 32, of Prospect, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 22 crash in Franklin Township. Police said Urben had a blood alcohol content of 0.258%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
June 30 — Raymond J. Sanderson, 26, of Butler, was charged with four misdemeanor DUI counts and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a May 27 traffic stop in Brady Township. Police said Sanderson had a glass smoking device and tested positive for fentanyl and bromazolam.
July 2 — Tanya L. Hosak, 37, of Butler, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 13 traffic stop in Franklin Township. Police said Hosak tested positive for marijuana and had a blood alcohol content of 0.109%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
July 2 — Gavin S. Darrell, 18, of Chicora, was charged with seven misdemeanor counts of drug paraphernalia possession and misdemeanor marijuana possession following a March 14 traffic stop in Franklin Township. Police said Darrell had 2 grams of marijuana, multiple marijuana cigarettes, a container with marijuana inside, a black grinder with marijuana, a blue grinder with marijuana, a THC vape pen, a glass smoking device with marijuana inside and a plastic bag with marijuana inside.
July 7 — Nicholas P. Unruh, 36, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of false identification to law enforcement and drug paraphernalia possession following an April 20 traffic stop in Butler Township. Police said Unruh gave a false name and date of birth and had glass smoking devices and related paraphernalia.
