Independence Health System has been recognized by the National Association for Business Resources for its workplace wellness through its national Best and Brightest in Wellness program.

This year marks the ninth consecutive year Independence Health System has received this honor, which goes all the way back to when Excela Health first received this recognition in 2017.

Organizations honored were evaluated across several categories by a wellness research firm, which includes organizational culture, workplace environment, employee feedback, financial well-being, leadership commitment and support for physical and mental health.
