Police reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
June 30 — Carrie Lynn Nolan, 48, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a June 18 incident. Police said Nolan had a glass smoking pipe.
July 1 — Neil Richard Kurowski, 46, of Butler, was charged with three felony counts of aggravated assault and misdemeanor resisting arrest following a June 30 incident. Police said Kurowski bit an officer, spit on two officers and resisted when being detained.
June 29 — Police responded to a single-vehicle crash on Great Belt Road in Jefferson Township. Police said Braiden Undercufler, 22, of Fenelton, was driving a Subaru Outback when he fell asleep and ran into a utility pole. Undercuffler was assessed by Saxonburg Volunteer Fire Company EMS for suspected minor injuries. Undercufler was charged with a traffic violation.
July 1 — Darryl Marvin Wallar Jr., 48, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a May 23 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Wallar had a small clear bag of suspected crack cocaine.
July 1 — Jodi Lea Taylor, 42, of Saxonburg, was charged with misdemeanor controlled substance possession following a May 14 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Taylor had one stamp bag of suspected heroin.
July 1 — Austin Collins-Heacock, 25, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence of alcohol following a June 15 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Collins-Heacock had a blood alcohol content of 0.151%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
July 1 — Jessica Marie White, 31, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts and one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a May 23 traffic stop in Butler. Police said White had a small clear bag of suspected crack cocaine, a burnt chore boy with residue and tested positive for cocaine.
July 1 — Mylan Marie Green, 42, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a May 14 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Green had a broken crack pipe.
July 2 — Patrick Travis Sharrar, 37, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a May 13 traffic stop in Cranberry Township. Police said Sharrar had a blood alcohol content of 0.128%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
July 2 — Seph Andrew Schlobohm, 38, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a June 12 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Schlobohm had a piece of burnt tinfoil with residue.
July 2 — Travis Josep Zaborowski, 35, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor controlled substance possession following a June 17 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Zaborowski had multiple glassine stamp bags of suspected fentanyl.
