1 person injured in July 4 fireworks mishap

One person was taken by a medical helicopter to a Pittsburgh hospital Friday night, July 4, with injuries suffered after a fireworks mishap in Concord Township.
The incident took place around 9:50 p.m. Friday at a home on Birckbickler Road.
The North Washington Volunteer Fire Department, Karns City Regional Ambulance Service, East Butler Volunteer Fire Company ambulance and LifeFlight emergency medical helicopter responded, according to Butler County Emergency Services.
