A motorcycle crash Saturday afternoon, July 5, in Venango Township, sent one person to a Grove City hospital by way of a medical helicopter.

According to Butler County Emergency services, the motorcyclist was the only person involved in the crash, which was reported just after 1 p.m. Saturday on Eau Claire Road..

In addition to the medical helicopter, Emlenton Area Ambulance Service and Eau Claire Volunteer Fire Department also responded to the crash. The emergency responders cleared the scene just after 2 p.m.
