Berni and Allen Carr

Allen and Berni Carr, of Saxonburg, celebrated 65 years of marriage with a family dinner on June 28, 2025, at Serventi’s on the Runway in Butler.

Carr married the former Berni Miller on June 29, 1960, in Pittsburgh.

They have two children, Allen Carr Jr. (Debbie), of Saxonburg, and Tim Carr (Lisa), of Saxonburg.

The Carrs also have two grandchildren.

Carr is a retired assistant vice president at Mellon Bank. He is an elder at Saxonburg Memorial Presbyterian Church.

Mrs. Carr is a retired cafeteria manager at Knoch High School.

The Carrs are members of Saxonburg Memorial Presbyterian Church.
